Bathroom Remaster

• This client’s bathroom had been renovated in 2016, just prior to them moving in to this home. Unfortunately for them, the renovation did not hold up. The ceiling was completely molded and during our demolition, many more surprises were uncovered.

• Inevitably, the bathroom had to be stripped down more than originally anticipated with an entire wall coming out as it was not properly framed. Multiple electrical fire hazards were uncovered as well as improper plumbing rough-in.

• This bathroom is now completely waterproofed, properly vented and completely sealed; our client is now worry-free in their freshly renovated space.

• Decorative marble tile was installed on the shower walls for a high-end finish with a complimentative marble tile on the shower floor and soap niches.
