3P Custom Builds is a Cincinnati based Residential contractor that was established to bring homeowners’ visions to life through our innovative custom building process and to deliver results that truly exceed expectations. We provide full remodeling services ranging from bathrooms and kitchens to basements, full house renovations, fencing, exterior painting and more. This company sets out each day to provide top quality work at a competitive rate with accelerated schedules based on our in-house capabilities. We care tremendously about the results we deliver to our clients and will never settle for “good enough”; we want our results to speak for themselves.

Our Process
Free Consultation
Hit that free consultation button! We will quickly get back to you to discuss the details of your project and set up an on-site meeting. From there, we will provide an estimate for review. Once the estimate is accepted, we begin to turn your idea into a reality!
Project Planning
Project planning varies by project, it’s always best to start planning as far out from the project start date as possible. We will work with you every step of the way starting with design/layout to picking finishes and paint colors. We now provide in-house design coordinating where we are able to provide floor plans and elevation drawings. We work with architects and engineers for those projects requiring permitting.
Building
Let the fun begin! Once the space becomes a blank slate, we work with you to ensure your vision is dialed in and begin your custom build. We document progress all along the way which we share with our clients at the end of each project. We perform roughly 85% of work in-house including framing, electrical, drywall, painting, tile/waterproofing and more. Tasks we subcontract out include plumbing, custom shower glass systems, countertops and carpet.
Closeout
Once the project is substantially complete, we perform all of our own punch lists, fixing any damage incurred throughout the duration of the project. Once complete, we then walk with you to make sure any items you are unhappy with get addressed and ultimately fixed. We will not collect final payment until everyone is 100% satisfied with our work!
