Optimizing for Function and Form

This client’s home had already been completely renovated with exception to their laundry room and master bath. The goal here was to complete a full update while making the space cohesive with the rest of the home. A few of the client’s requests were an open-shelf closet system, new washer & dryer with a countertop above, and new cabinetry to accommodate an existing laundry shoot and to optimize storage. Pictured you will notice a full tile backsplash and if you look close enough, you will notice the grout has a sparkle additive in it to give it that extra pop; under-cabinet lighting was installed to showcase this detail. Clean, fresh and most importantly, brand new.

The bath was also given a complete renovation, and the result is modern and clean, but with a touch of flair in the patterned flooring and mint color on the cabinetry to match the aesthetic of the home.
