Modern Bathroom Revamp

• An outdated, closed-off bathroom is transformed into a modern, more open space with all new finishes. The old tub/shower combo was gutted and replaced with a brand new fully tiled tub/shower with a custom-built recessed soap niche with quartz all around for easy clean-up and to minimize grout discoloring from soap residue. A new vanity was installed with a full textured tile backsplash to really make this new space pop.

• New recessed lighting to brighten up the space.

• New tile flooring, completely waterproofed underneath, to match the newly fresh space and to tie this bathroom together.
